• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  
• During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.  
• Estimated delivery times:
  - Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days  
  - Express Shipping: 1–3 business days  
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier service.

3. International Shipping
• We offer international shipping to select countries.  
• International delivery times vary by location (typically 7–14 business days).  
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

4. Order Tracking
• Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.  
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Address
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.  
• Ibra Fragrances is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

6. Delays
• While we strive to deliver on time, Ibra Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.  
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.
